Time for a Reset
Time for a Common Sense Reset With midterms less than a year away, the Biden/Harris fiasco fading in the rearview mirror and polls showing concern, it's time for a Trump reset. Every Presidency has one. Nobody sails through without bumpy seas. Especially when turning a battleship around. Trump should do three things. Announce a comprehensive fix (or at least significant) to immigration that gives permanent status to those with long term residential equity. Stay the course

Bumpy week
No Pain No Gain This week's polls (Can you really believe any polls?) show the majority of Americans are disappointed in the economic situation. Want prices to come down faster. They will but again battleships are hard to turn. One Step Forward- Two Back Less than one week after California revoked 17,000 commercial licenses that don't comply with Federal DOT minimum stands, a Federal Judge rules the DOT order cannot be enforced. Why - because it did not follow procedure n

Shutdown Shuts Down
Trump signs bill to end longest in US political history. So what lessons did we learn? Well, none of consequence really. As the Democrats eat their own, especially Chuckie Schumer who let the 8 renegades needed to avoid a filibuster jump ship, here are a few takeaways. The Democrats have no conscience. They are perfectly willing to lie and persecute the American people to pursue their deranged hatred of Donald Trump, his allies and the voters that put him in office a seco

My How Time Flies
Remember the Euphoria, the Gratitude, the Optimism? One year ago. And then Tuesday. Thunked in NJ, VA, CA and NYC elections. True all are very blue states, but still. Even more remarkable than the Commie in the Big (now RED) Apple was the DA race in VA and the fact that Jay Jones, the Democratic candidate who texted he wanted to see the children of the Republican Speaker of the House murdered... (Yup, murdered . You could look it up.) was not only was NOT thrown off the

Dolphins FINALLY fire GM Chris Grier after 10 Miserable Years. Another DEI hire bites the dust. Took way too long. Deja Vu - Brilliant Recently I was sent a video of remarks Ronald Reagan made some four decades ago. They still apply today. He was lamenting the natural instincts of Democrats. "You know every time a Republican gets elected President, the Democrats start acting like it's the end of the world. Every time we cut taxes or try to trim expenses, they act like the

Jolly Ole - NOT A few editions ago we noted the takeover of Europe's major cities by immigrants. Here's an anecdotal update from Jolly Ole England, which is certainly no longer mirthful. A columnist, who recently visited England to see the great historical sites, instead witnessed: a synagogue bombing in Manchester, British police shooting a Syrian ISIS member on the street in London, two innocent Jews killed while walking on the street, thousands of Pro-Palestinian protesto

Why Stop Obamacare Subsidies?
Here's a few Reasons. At the center of the government shutdown is a disagreement over whether to extend a temporary pandemic-era expansion of the Affordable Care Act’s premium tax credits, which expire at the end of this year. Sold as a one-time boost during the COVID-19 pandemic, the subsidies are costly, fraud-prone, and primarily pad insurance companies’ profits. Consider: Cost almost half a trillion dollars. Total government spending would increase by more than $488 bi
