Can't Buy Peace

You have to win it
History proves unequivocally, when facing enemies sworn to your destruction holding diametrically opposed values and ideologies, it is never possible to negotiate or buy a binding truce, let alone long term peace. Only winning, total destruction of one's enemy, can assure peace. That is a fact. Think Japan, Germany.
War of Choice, Trump's War
All day long liberals spout these aphorisms intended to signify that this is NOT a war Americans "want".
Let's be clear. Nobody with half a brain wants war.
Over the weekend, Iran doubled down on the terrorism, which it has been perpetrating for some 50 years. Under constant and heavy bombardment, with much of its fighting capacity crippled or destroyed, Iran chose a new leader just like the old – announcing its intention to keep murdering people by the thousands and paying for others to do so as well.
(Insiders claim Old Man Khamenei himself explicitly decreed in his will - DO NOT put my son in charge.)
In my lifetime, first the Soviet Union and then China have been bigger threats, but Iran has been the most active. They have murdered Americans, Israelis, and their own in horrific numbers. The name “Khamenei” belongs on a short list with the greatest mass murders in history – names like Hitler, Stalin and Mao. In the murderous crackdown at Tiananmen Square, which temporarily horrified the free world, maybe 2000 were killed by the Commies. In Iran at least 20 times that number.
Are we really supposed to sit by idly and let such monstrosity continue unabated, especially when America is in the crosshairs? (As the last five Presidents have done)
The Iranian regime is at it weakest since its founding and growing weaker by the moment. We have the opportunity, the time is now. We may not want war, but the simple fact is this is the time for war - like it or not. This is not “Trump’s War,” it is our war whether we want it or not. Let there be no doubt. At the moment, Iran only has short and medium term ballistic missiles. How long do you think it would be before Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles are a reality?
There is only one force on the planet that can defeat the United States military and that is the United States public.
The choice is simple. We support this war, we defeat this utter and heinous evil and make the life of every person remaining on the planet better. Or we keep talking about “Trump’s War,” leaving our military in a lurch – abandoning the people that willingly, uncomplainingly fight for us, and permitting them to lose. And if they lose you can know that the murderous evil will once again begin murdering – in ever larger numbers.
Solidarity against the War?
I think not. While Libs chant war monger, on Wednesday 135 countries co-sponsored a UN resolution condemning Iran "its egregious attacks in the strongest terms”. Yeahs included all GCC states...Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman etc. Even Somalia, Libya and Pakistan. The Security Council voted 13-0. Even China and Russia, normally certain "nyets", abstained.
Libs say Americans are against the war. Maybe, but most of the world isn't.
Here's part of the reason why. Of all the missiles fired by Iran
44% were fired against UAE
24% Kuwait
14% Bahrain
5% Saudi Arabia, and
14% against Israel.
So much for Arab brotherhood. By the way, most were at civilian targets.
If you're wondering where Qatar stands...strikes are negligible because they're kinda buddies with Tehran.
Soon the UN will vote on snap back sanctions. Unlikely Russia and China will stay on the sidelines.
A Barrel of Oil Reality
First, America is now producing more oil and gas than ever. The best way to inoculate ourselves from foreign supply disruptions is to generate every barrel of oil we can here at home.
Second, the Green New Deal was and continues to be an energy belly flop. Even after spending $400 billion in taxpayer subsidies on wind and solar power, these remain fringe and non-scalable forms of energy. We get 80% of our power from fossil fuels. The same as it ever was.
Third, the Middle East has always been an unreliable source of energy for the U.S. Since the 1970s, prices have spiked whenever there is turmoil in the region — which has occurred roughly once a decade.
America leads the world in oil and natural gas production, producing at all-time highs.
U.S. crude oil production reached record-high output in 2025, at more than 13.6 million barrels per day.
The U.S. is currently producing 24 million barrels per day of oil and liquid fuels — more than Russia and Saudi Arabia combined.
The U.S. is producing nearly as much natural gas as Russia, Iran and China combined, at 110 billion cubic feet per day.
Wanna know What an Ally Looks Like?
Take a look at two places. Israel, of course. But Ukraine as well. Population unified and determined to stay the course despite horrendous losses in the Russian invasion. Spends 34% of its GDP on defense. Despite needing every hyrvnia to fight a war of attrition, Ukraine STILL comes to the aid of Arab states with technology to protect against Iranian missiles.
This Disappoints - No Disgusts Me
One of the Catholic church’s most senior leaders in the U.S. tore into Donald Trump’s war in Iran for not being “morally legitimate.”
“At this present moment, the U.S. decision to go to war against Iran fails to meet the just war threshold for a morally legitimate war,” Cardinal Robert W. McElroy, the archbishop of Washington DC, said in an interview with the Catholic Standard Monday.
This isn’t the first time the nation’s top Catholics have found fault with the Trump administration.
In January, following Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro’s capture, three archbishops released a joint statement deriding America’s war mongering. Without explicitly naming Trump, they asked for military action to be seen as a last resort.
And here I thought we were done with meddling snowflakes when Francis passed. I'll probably burn in hell for this opinion.
Iran's Islamic Republic has proven itself unworthy of membership in the world community. Oil revenues enable their murderous leadership to attack without provocation. They have sworn to kill Jews and Christians full stop. Hell, they're even attacking their Muslim neighbors. These are not villains, these are immoral monsters. Gunned down 30,000 citizens in 48 hours.
How in God's name can anyone excuse this behavior which has lasted 50 years? Mindboggling.
We all deeply regret the death of any American service person. But put it in perspective. We had 76,000 drug overdose deaths in the 12 months ending April 2025. Most were fentanyl shipped in or crossed the border illegally. At least 25 deaths were attributed to the George Floyd riots alone. The fact that we've lost under a dozen soldiers in this war should be placed in proper perspective instead of libs continually chanting , "Trump is putting American lives are at stake." That's what a military does.
Don't think for a minute if, as a nation, we won't support a brief conflict with minimal casualties this won't embolden China's Taiwanese aspirations.
Drives You Nuts
The FBI is investigating a shooting at Old Dominion University (ODU) in Virginia on Thursday as an act of terrorism after the suspected gunman was identified as a former Army National Guard soldier convicted of supporting ISIS.
Multiple federal sources confirmed to Fox News that the suspected shooter at ODU is Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, 36. Jalloh is a naturalized U.S. citizen from Sierra Leone, Fox News has learned.
Clear as the nose on your face this is a Bad, Bad guy and yet he's walking the street.
Jalloh, who was convicted for his involvement in supporting the Islamic State, was released from prison approximately 15 months before the FATAL shooting at the Virginia university.
In 2017, Jalloh was sentenced to 11 years in prison plus five years supervised release for attempting to provide material support to ISIS, according to the Department of Justice. He was released from jail in December 2024.
He was originally arrested on July 3, 2016, after authorities said he tried to help procure weapons for what he believed would be an ISIS-inspired attack on U.S. soil and separately attempted to send money to support ISIS, according to the criminal complaint. Ridiculous, he got 11 years for the most serious of all treasonous crimes.
Meanwhile, in Michigan...Mohammed Ghaazali (Lebanese) drove his truck, shooting and carrying explosive devices, into a synagogue filled with kids.
Don't sleep on the sleepers. 18,000 known terrorists tried to get into the US during Biden. Many succeeded so says the International Council on Terrorism.
Perception is Reality - The Case for Standardized Voting
Way too many Americans do not trust our electoral systems. The potential for fraud is too overwhelming. Mail in ballots, ballot harvesting, electronic voting machines with chips made in China, no voter ID.
No question low turnouts are connected. "Why bother" malaise sets in.
We need an overhaul. Standardized best practices must be adopted nationwide. Proven technology made in the USA. No longer good enough to trust states to get it right.
Here is just one story...
Earlier this week, Fox News Digital learned that Mahady Sacko, a Mauritanian citizen and illegal immigrant, allegedly voted in every federal election since 2008. He has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and charged with voter fraud in Philadelphia.
Our entire system (the one the left wants to tear down) depends on fair elections and confidence therein.
Moving On Out
Yamaha has the U Haul packed and is leaving the Wildfire State after 50 years. Headed to GA.
Here's a Beaut if ever one
Remember the Mayor of Dolton, IL. Tiffany Henyard is her name. Dubbed America's Worst Mayor, she was such a crook they appointed Beetlejuice (Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot - booted by her own party after one term) to investigate her. She was fired but as the Fox was watching the Henhouse, she escaped jail time.
Not only did she get away scot-free, she's resurfaced. As a Republican running for a seat on the Fulton County Commission. Talk about hubris.
Wanna a Career that Makes Things Affordable?
Over the next decade, over 300,000 new electricians are expected to be needed to meet AI-driven demand. That’s on top of 200,000 electricians who are expected to retire over roughly the same period. Ka-ching, ka-ching.
Next Week...The Age of Distrust. Hopefully Iran's employment of suicide skiffs signals its dying gasps.
Have a Nice Weekend.
