But we knew that.
I’m starting to become a “Johnny One Note”, but…
Right after the Special Counsel report aggressively concluded that Biden suffers from pronounced (and experts say rapidly worsening) mental infirmity, Biden angrily declared he is the “most qualified person in the country to be President.
Then demonstrated his claim by referring to the President of Egypt as the President of Mexico.
There is another angle to this whole charade - the position in which it puts AG Merrick Garland, who has been Biden’s lapdog from Day One. The SC found Biden guilty of, then declined to charge, with willfully retaining classified documents, which he clearly did OVER YEARS. Why? Because they concluded he is mentally unfit to be prosecuted and no jury will convict.
How is that even-handed justice?
As Attorney General of the United States, Garland has an obligation to either charge Biden or go to Congress and seek his removal under Article 4 of the 25th Amendment. You don’t get to take the train off the tracks because you don’t like where it’s headed.
Exactly where does the law stipulate if you are found to be a "sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory" (as Commander in Chief of the most powerful nation on earth, no less), we’ll tear up the charges and throw them in the bin because you’re senile? In Merrick Garland’s Justice Department, that’s where! Isn’t that what judges and juries are for? C’mon man.
