Remember the timeworn saying - you get what you pay for?

It's amazing isn't it that a kid openly brandishing a rifle, crawling across a roof in full view was able to take a potshot at a former President and kill a bystander from a 9-iron away.

Well - reckon it's because you get what you pay for.

The Secret Service Director's salary is basically the same as that of the White House's Director of Stenography and the Supervisor of the Travel Office. And way less than the Chief of Staff to the First Lady. Didn't know dictation and hotel reservations were on a par with preventing assassinations.

Think maybe, if we gave the position a bump, we could get someone in there with some idea what they're doing?

Well, that makes plenty of sense

Think about this. Schumer, Pelosi, Obama, the Clintons etc. are now telling us the absolute "best person" to replace the guy with Alzheimer's is the person the guy with Alzheimer's hid in the back room for 3 1/2 years because he didn't trust her not to say stupid things. Well, that makes all kind of of sense to me.

Anyone remember?

When two undercover reporters exposed Planned Parenthood for selling baby parts? So, naturally, the California AG prosecuted them instead of PP. Two guesses who that AG was. First one doesn't count. Hint; initials are KH.

Phone's been ringing off the hook

With China, Russia, Ukraine calling Hunter to see if they can get refunds now that "Big Guy" has been booted.

Where is This Coming From?

On July 24, Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of America's greatest ally, was invited to speak before the joint session of congress to encourage American support.

Several things are worth noting:

  • The President of the Senate and presumed Democratic nominee for US President boycotted the address in favor of a sorority party in Indiana.

  • Following suit, a number of other Democrat lawmakers, including Senate President Pro Tempore, also abdicated in a widespread snub.

  • Protests exploded across DC. Including spray-painting monuments with signs saying Hamas is coming, burning American flags, getting arrested inside the Capitol Building (January 6 Deja vu) and putting maggots on the table the Netanyahu party was dining at their hotel.

  • Pelosi called it the worst address before history in American congress.

  • Don't the "Gays for Gaza" protecting for Hamas know they would be killed if they lived in Gaza?

  • Don't "University Women for Hamas" know they wouldn't ever be allowed to go the college in Gaza? All this while we are scrambling jets over Alaska because China and Russian bombers had the temerity to fly into our territory.

Fair and Balanced

PS: In preparing the report on the aforementioned protests, I, of course, consulted Google. Here are the articles with which I was presented:

  • CNN

  • NYT

  • NBC Washington

  • USA Today

  • NBC Washington (again)

  • CBS Washington.

Fair and balanced, no? Be clear - this is where the Lame Stream Media really gets its traction.

Be Careful What They Promise

ree

Remember when Joe promised to reach across the aisle, build bi-partisan relationships, "work together with my Republican colleagues as I have for 50 years."

My money says Kamala wouldn't even speak to a Republican in four years.

Lib States Getting Pay Back

Over 450,000 Massachusetts residents, nearly all recent migrants, have limited English-language proficiency (LEP), a new report finds.

The Boston Herald reported that the situation represents "another challenge for an economy that continues to lose many taxpayers to other states with lower taxes and cost of living."

The report, released by MassInc and UMass Donahue on Wednesday, found that an estimated 480,000 residents have limited English proficiency (LEP). This makes up approximately 10% of the state’s workforce. And - the data is likely an undercount, considering that it stems from 2022 Census estimates. Wonder what Pocahontas has to say?

And in NY...

Residents in the heavily Democratic district of Brooklyn, New York, are fuming as they are afraid to go outside or use city parks due to the criminal chaos caused by a mega shelter for illegal immigrants.  Clinton Hill, once a charming and relatively safe part of Brooklyn, is now turning into a chaotic environment filled with migrants due to a mega-complex set up by New York City to house thousands.

Locals organized on Sunday in protest of the skyrocketing violence, mounting trash, and the constant fights stemming from the massive complex.  "We have to be heard. Enough is enough," said Renee Collymore, the Democratic liaison who organized the protest. "It’s not about anti-migrants. It’s about safety first."

Residents have most recently organized to call for change after an outbreak in what law enforcement is investigating as related to a violent Venezuelan street gang. On Sunday, two people were murdered, a third was critically injured near the mega shelter complex.

Even tough on crime, ex-Cop now turned bleeding liberal mayor Eric Adams declared...

"They're extremely dangerous. We're dealing with violent individuals that are not representative of the overwhelming number of people who are coming here as migrant asylum seekers,"

Yeah well that's how it goes when you throw the borders wide freakin' open. Guess not everyone's Mother Theresa.

NATO Ally threatens to Invade Israel.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey has warned Israel that if they continue to do "these ridiculous things" to Palestine the same thing might happen to them as happened to Libya. Remember Erdogan was Saddam Hussein's BFF. How did they ever let Turkey into NATO?

In Her Own Words

Hopefully, at some point well before November 5th, the American people will gain insight to the true nature of Kamala Harris. Although aside from Fox, a handful of conservative blogs (Bennett, Shapiro, Levin, WSJ), I'm not sure from where it will come. Certainly not from LSM or social media. Of course, we'll try to do our part.

In the spirit of full disclosure, here is a look at the radical agenda of the person who was "never really the Border czar".

In October 2020 on 60 Minutes, she was confronted by Nora O Donnell who stated, "You have been considered the Most Liberal Senator in the U.S. Senate." After Kamala tried to blame that on Mike Pence, O Donnell pointed out that it was non partisan Gov Trac who concluded that based on an detailed analysis of her votes. Most liberal. Think about that. To the left of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. Now that's liberal.

Here is why. Kamala has stated on camera she...

  • Backs banning Plastic Straws

  • Backs banning Offshore Drilling

  • Backs making Crossing the Border Illegally a civil, not criminal offense

  • Backs reexamining the punitive role of the US Immigration Enforcement Agency

  • Backs getting rid of the Filibuster

  • Backs a Federal Ban on Fracking

  • Does not believe that more Police on the streets helps reduce crime

  • Backs universal healthcare for all - not just citizens.

  • And, with such, the elimination of private insurance.

  • Believes all residents (not just citizens) are entitled to free public service, healthcare and education. Including illegals.

  • Believes an undocumented alien is not a criminal.

  • Stated AOC's idea of a 70-80% tax rate is worthy of discussion

  • Backed the Bail Fund for those perpetrating the 2020 riots that destroyed businesses and cities.

  • In so doing, she declared...those riots were not going to stop and should not.

  • Backs the Green New Deal including outlawing gas driven vehicles in the next 10 years.

Here is clip that documents her positions in the same "live on camera" proof we now have of Biden's senescence.

Included at no extra charge is her incessant cackling in almost every case. Except during her remarks on September 29, 2022 in South Korea when she extolled our "strong and enduring" alliance with NORTH Korea. Oh no - please not again. Imitating her boss is not a good look.

More on the Cornerstones of Ms. Harris' Agenda

1. The Green New Deal

The best and clearest example of Harris’s socialist views is her commitment to the Green New Deal, one of the most far-reaching, costly proposals offered in American history.

The Green New Deal, which was spearheaded by that self-described socialist New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, includes a long list of collectivist and economically destructive policies, including ending the use of gasoline-powered cars, oil, natural gas, and other reliable energy sources — all in just 10 years.

The Green New Deal also called for a massive new infrastructure plan, including a nationwide network of high-speed rail, "basic income" programs, a government jobs guarantee, "upgrading all existing buildings in the United States," the creation of a system of public banks, rebuilding the electric grid, trillions in wind and solar development, and the transformation of U.S. agriculture, including an end to much of the cattle industry.

Harris was one of the Green New Deal’s biggest supporters and one of only 14 senators to co-sponsor the plan when it was introduced in the Senate in 2019, along with other socialist-leaning politicians like Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders and Massachusetts Democrat Elizabeth Warren.

Not only that, but the GND’s estimated cost range tops out at $94 trillion, according to the American Action Forum, a price tag that would require substantially more money-printing, taxes and debt.

If Harris has it her way and the Green New Deal becomes law, it would cause taxes and inflation to skyrocket well beyond what most families can afford. It would also limit consumer choices and destroy entire fossil-fuel-related industries, along with the many jobs that they provide.

2. "Medicare-for-All"

Biden has been staunchly opposed to "Medicare-for-all" plans like those supported by Bernie Sanders, but when Harris ran for the Democrat presidential nomination in 2019, she made the socialist policy one of the key parts of her policy agenda.

Under the Harris "Medicare-for-all" proposal, newborns and uninsured would automatically be enrolled in a government-run health care plan, and those with employer-sponsored insurance would be phased into the plan over 10 years. Eventually, almost everyone would be stuck with government health coverage.

Harris would allow for a narrow range of private health insurance, but those plans would be supplemental to "Medicare-for-all," tightly regulated, and would be required to "adhere to strict Medicare requirements on costs and benefits."

Medicare for All plans like Harris’s would effectively force everyone with quality coverage into an inferior, government-run program. And because Medicare reimbursement rates are much lower than private health insurance, health care providers would need to slash the quality of services provided just to break even.

Sooner or later, providers or the government will likely turn to rationing care to manage costs, as they do now in many European nations that have government-run health care systems. That means longer wait times and reduced access to care for most Americans.

"Medicare-for-All" would also be extremely expensive, costing tens of trillions of dollars in new government spending. A study by the Mercatus Center at George Mason University found that Bernie Sanders’ "Medicare-for-all" plan, which is very similar but not identical to Harris’ version, would cost taxpayers $32 trillion over 10 years.

So, let's add it up. GND + MFA = $136 trillion added to the National Debt, which now exceeds a mere $35T. And all so we can have inferior Medical services plus give up our cars, trucks, energy reliability etc. Where do I sign up?
