Greenland???

Why Trump's Fixation

On the surface seems a little bizarre, but it's not because he wants to tee off the Danes. Or because he never met a piece of real estate he didn't covet. It's because Greenland is gateway to the Arctic. It overlooks the route Russia and China's nuclear submarines, bombers and missiles would take to nuke our sorry behinds. China has already made forays into the Arctic for minerals and other footholds. Russia is always lurking.

But geography isn’t the only reason Greenland draws global interest. Retreating Arctic ice is opening shipping lanes around the island that could significantly shorten trade routes between North America, Europe and Asia, adding an economic layer to its strategic importance.

The changing landscape has also drawn attention to Greenland’s deposits of rare earth elements and other critical minerals essential to modern technology, renewable energy and military systems.

So where does this end up? My guess? Likely we do not acquire strategically vital Greenland. More likely we strike a deal with Denmark/NATO to provide US-type security, including the Golden Dome...and they pay for it.

The Supreme Leader himself, Ayatollah Khamenei, confirmed on Saturday that "savage and inhuman killings" are taking place all over Iran. The verified death toll is now 5000. Other sources say the number is approaching 20,000. Khamenei blames Trump for inciting ignoring 48 years of deprivation and persecution. Meanwhile large caliber machine guns are rolling through neighborhoods and firing at night. And forget what I said before. Apparently there are at least 5000 Hezbollah and Iraqi fighters helping do the Ayatollah's dirty work. Similar to Maduro and his Cuban guard.

Things are so brutal the daughter of an IRGC commander openly implored the Hague to take out her father. An Iranian soldier was sentenced to death for not firing on protestors.

Iran is charging families who come to pick up the bodies of murdered family members for the bullets used to shoot them down in the streets. With oil revenues plummeting it makes sense.

In his memoirs, Obama, who let the Green Movement wither and die, claims he listened to his advisors instead of following his instincts to throw support behind the protests. His leadership consisted of sending a letter to Khamenei expressing hope they could normalize relations. Obama ended his reign as the wistful pawn by sending a planeload of cash in return for a pinky swear the Iranians wouldn't nuke us.

Here's a surprise. Bitter 2016 rival, Low-energy Jeb (Bush), declared Trump "is doing a great job" with his leadership on behalf of the people of Iran. Misread the prompts?

If you are a sports fan (if you are not you can skip this piece), I am sure you were as stunned as I was to read that 39 college basketball players at 17 Division 1 schools have been indicted for fixing 29 games. Can you imagine that? Hah!

This was on the heels of the announcement a few weeks ago that several well-known NBA players were implicated in defrauding sports betting platforms by using nonpublic information to place highly profitable wagers tied to the performance of NBA players allegedly in on the scheme. These players also acted as shills to lure gamblers to rigged card games in Vegas. Easy money!

In 2025, the Department of Education said it prevented $1 billion of fraud in the aid programs. Under Secretary of Education Nicholas Kent said these schemes are not only a waste of taxpayer money, but also disproportionately affect low-income students trying to pay for their education.

Hubs? California (of course) and Minnesota (ditto). Most of this involves ghost students listed on rolls to bulk up Federal financial aid, which comes from guess where? That's right - your tax dollars and mine. Apparently the scheme involved signing up for courses and collecting financial aid without any intention of attending classes or, God Forbid, getting an education that enables them to be productive members of society..

Controversial remake Snow White lost $115 million for Disney. The coming out episode of "Stranger Things" came in last according the IMDb. The all-female leads of "The Marvels" might have made a few executives feel good about themselves, until it turned out to be the franchise’s biggest bomb of all time. And after poor test screenings, HBO’s big-budget wokefest, "Batgirl", was shelved altogether.

Hollywood used to be about what brought us together. Now, it’s about what divides us. They’ve traded the Dream Factory for an Indoctrination Lab, and the American people are voting with their wallets and their remote controls.

Speaking of invading churches, Far-left agitator Nekima Levy Armstrong, who was one of the organizers of the storming of a Minnesota church to protest ICE on Sunday, raked in over $1 million during six years leading a Minneapolis civil rights nonprofit that addresses anti-poverty issues.

Armstrong, who is currently the founder and CEO of a cannabis company called Dope Roots, led the nonprofit as executive director for at least six years, from 2019 through 2024, according to tax filings by the Wayfinder Foundation.

The 2024 tax filing shows that, despite the foundation being dedicated to giving grants to anti-poverty community initiatives, it awarded just $158,811 that year, while Armstrong brought in a salary of $215,726. She also took an additional $40,548 in health benefits, benefit plan contributions and deferred compensation, according to the 2024 filing. 

Ms. Nekima also praised convicted cop killer Assata Shakur as being "a brave, wise, powerful, and revolutionary Black woman." Shakur was convicted of the murder of the state trooper, who left behind a wife and 3-year-old son, during a shootout on the New Jersey Turnpike in 1973. She was found guilty of first-degree murder, armed robbery, and other crimes and was sentenced to life in prison. She escaped from prison in 1979 and lived underground before surfacing in Cuba in 1984. Birds of a feather. MLK must be turning over.

Straight from the Playbook

Promise to be pro-law enforcement and a moderate to get elected. Then flip the script. Obama did it . Biden did it. Now Governor Abigail Spanberger of Virginia is falling right in line.

Six hours in office and she's:

1. Ended Cooperation with ICE.

2. Reduced Mandatory Minimum Sentencing.

3. Raised Taxes.

4. Prioritized DEI Hiring in Government Contracting.

5. Enshrine Abortion.

Congratulation Virginia voters.

Spanberger in the run up touted her law enforcement experience and portrayed herself as tough on crime because her father was a Cop. How stupid can these voters be?

What Are We Missing?

Isn't the safety and security of its citizens the MOST IMPORTANT responsibility of those elected to govern? Isn't removing drug dealers, pedophiles and other felons who are here illegally doing just that? Statistics show that 47% of those illegals detained and removed by ICE thus far are convicted criminals. The number goes up to 75% if you include those already charged but not yet convicted.

Funny isn't it. ICE has apprehended 40,000 illegals in Florida but one doesn't hear of any churches invaded or agent run over by protestor's cars. Wonder why? I'll tell you why because of leadership. Local law enforcement is working with federal agents to get the job done without major incident. Instead of fleeing the scene or standing by with hands in their pockets.

Bottom line is we cannot allow leftwing protestors, their LSM sycophants and the Progressives (formerly know as the Democratic party) to determine the direction and, thereby, the fate of this nation. We must stay the course to do what's right. We must harden the targets and take our chances the voters get it right.

How Much will Trump Agenda Suffer because of ICE?

The midterms are essential to enabling the administration to finish what has been started. Even though DHS is doing precisely what the voters demanded, the polls show increasing concern and disaffection for ICE efforts. Could this seriously hurt GOP chances in November?

Well, I guess it could. If you believe the polls. But remember all the BLM riots of 2016 only made Trump stronger.

When Trump starting calling NATO to task the Left and their buddies in Europe attacked. Calling Trump's criticisms unimaginable, destructive, undemocratic. Well, guess who's fallen in line and is now paying their share?

It's the Trump MO. Double Down Donald. He raises hell, upsets the apple cart. Left screams, LSM tears its hair out. Allies (except Israel) squirm. But - in the end - turns out he's mostly right on and America's better off. Like he says - The Left worries about they, them. I worry about YOU.

Keep your fingers crossed the majority of voters see these protests for what they are. An attack on Trump and a ploy to stay in power.

Most of Trump's cabinet and administration get high marks. Rubio & Bessent especially. Hegseth is completing the mission. Bobby is shaking things up. Duffy, Noem and Homan are steadfast. Leavitt sets 'em straight.

But where is Tulsi Gabbard, Director National Intelligence? She was strangely absent from the whole Venezuela strategy. Someone suggested DNI stands for Do Not Invite.

Heard about a new technology for energy production. A "collector" above the clouds that gathers and maintains a supply of solar energy directly from the sun, then beams it to receivers on earth as needed. Wow.
